Vilapark Tabulový Vrch

Residential construction of three-storey buildings at the western outskirts of Olomouc. It consists of five blocks of six to nine houses and it will offer up to 460 apartments. During construction, great emphasis was placed on preserving the natural landscape and building a central park with a large share of greenery. The apartments are fitted with C‑80 external blinds, whose shape corresponds to the building design and which allow regulation of the shading of the interior by tilting the slats to either side.
